Monsters around the world have found the eggs and are carrying them. You can find moon rabbit eggs by killing monsters. Agents of the Witch and Agents of Light have arrived in the cities of Katan, Laksy, Horizon, Rondo, and Hidden Village, asking adventurers to find eggs for them.
