Donation System
Immorality has been changed into a Good/Evil scale. Donating items increases your morality points. If you are on the good side of the morality scale you can get buffs.
If you have low morality and you PK someone you get a temporary debuff that will prevent you from gaining any buffs from the donation system.
Arena System
You can now safely duel at arenas. Besides the Rondo Arena, arenas have been added to the three major towns. You do not lose exp for losing a duel, and you do not gain immorality from dueling. You can not be attacked by random people while dueling.
Eventually party vs. party duels will be added.
Decorative EQ Slots
Decorative equipment slots have been added. Decorative equipment is mostly to show off and make yourself look cool. Some decorative equipment also has minor stats. The first decorative equipment we will see will be various ears: cat ears, rabbit ears, teddy bear ears, puppy ears.
New Player Experience Changed
The character creation system has changed. The trainee island has changed to be more user friendly.
Guild Alliances
Guilds can form together into Alliances. Alliances will be able to own dungeons like guilds can. Eventually there will be guild wars where guilds and alliances can battle with each other.
Socket System
Sockets will be added to equipment. The sockets can be filled with various stones that give the equipment additional stats and sometimes new glow effects to weapons.
New Jobs
The second job change will be added. Epic III is balanced to have the first job change only, so to make Epic 4 balanced the existing jobs have been changed. Existing players will be reset to their basic job and all their job levels and skills will be refunded. Skill cards for removed skills will be replaced with a new appropriate skill card.

1. Updated Trainee?s Island. - Island has been resized and quests have been changed.
2. Socket System
- Sockets have been added to all equipment.
- Two handed weapons get 4 sockets, all other equipment gets 2 sockets.
- You will be able to socket "Soul Stones" into items at an NPC in each town.
- Soul Stones will have three levels of rarity.
- Soul Stones drop from monsters.
- Soul Stones have a minimum level requirement.
- You can not have more than 1 Soul Stone with the same Effect in an item unless it is a two handed weapon which can have no more than 2 of the same Effect.
- You will be able to remove socketed Soul Stones but the Soul Stone will be destroyed in the process.
- If you break your equipment when enchanting it then the Soul Stones will be lost.
- Socketed Equipment will have a durability called "Soul Power". When Soul Power is gone then you do not gain any benefit from the Soul Stones
- You can recharge your equipment?s Soul Power with lak at an NPC in town.
- Max Soul Power varies depending on the type of Soul Stone, the item level, and the number of socketed Soul Stones
- Socketing will make equipment more customizable and much more powerful. All equipment, including equipment from the Item Shop, will be rebalanced.
- All existing characters will get a free Soul Stone
3. Donation System
- Moral points can be gained for donating items in each town at the "Alter of the Goddess"
- Moral points are displayed in the character window where immorality points are currently displayed
- You gain more morality points when you donate higher rank items
- Some items can not be donated such as chips, arrows, quest items, timed items, and money
- If your moral points are high enough you can spend some points on buffs
- If you PK someone you will get a debuff that will temporarily prevent you from gaining the buffs from your Moral points.
4. Skills
The skill system has changed slightly. Skill levels now have a job level prerequisite. For example if before you could learn a skill to level 3 as soon as you got the skill as long as you had job points, now you would need to be job level 10 first, etc.
5. New Jobs - You do the second job transfer at Level 50 JLv 40
6. Food and drink items have been added to the grocery NPCs.
7. One handed axes have been added.
8. The affect of each stat has been slightly changed.
9. You will take minimum damage now from low level monsters where before you would not because of your high defense
10. You will be attacked by low level creatures where before you would not be because of your high agility
11. Force/Soul chips have been tweaked
12. Equipped items do not count towards your weight limit
13. Regen penalty for carry weight has been removed
14. Item weights have been rebalanced
15. Players and Monsters stats have been tweaked
16. Drops have been changed.
17. Common pet cards will drop much more often
18. Summoning and riding mounts has been changed. They no longer need to be formed. You just double click on their card.
19. Level 7 and 8 blue and red potions have been added
20. Guild masters can abandon dungeons
21. You will be able to open the creature formation window anywhere with Alt + Y. Associated NPCs have been removed
22. Weapon enchants have been changed.
23. NPCs have been added to the city in ruins, including quest givers.
24. Range of long bow and cross bows has been tweaked
25. Because of the changes all creature skills will need to be rebalanced. All creature skills have been removed, they will be remade at a later date.
26. All players will have their Job Points reimbursed and will be set at Job level 1.
27. Even though the stats on all equipment have been decreased, their effectiveness has been increased because of game system changes and the new socket system.
